PACKAGE: £30K-£35K basic with 12% Bonus, Company car, Pension, Laptop, Mobile phone, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Area sales manager, The role involves targeting the main merchant sectors, this will mean dealing with decision markers within the branches and working closely with both the social housing and new build teams to follow up on warm leads from the installers in the area. You will also be required to open doors and build relationships. You'll be tasked with promoting the clients full range of high quality kitchen products. This is a mix of account management and new business, but with the main focus on chasing warm leads.
AREA: North of England. West Midlands, Shropshire, Staffordshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, Cheshire, Merseyside, Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire, South Yorkshire, East Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, Lancashire, Cumbria, Durham, Tyne & Wear and Northumberland. Candidates will ideally be based around Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire or South Yorkshire.
PERSON: The ideal candidate will have experience selling a kitchen or related product to independent and national merchants. However candidates with product experience within other sectors as long as they have a clear understanding of the route to market will be considered. To be successful in this role you must be organised, driven and have a strong "can-do" attitude.
