The role:
As a Graduate Business Development Manager, you will be at the core of coordinating and managing both new and existing clients. Ensuring customer satisfaction is essential to the role; you will oversee many accounts and will warrant the quality of products and delivery of service.  

This is a varied position with exposure to the business as an entity. A knowledge of the products will help you handle customer orders and enquires while providing accurate equipment information. You will also need to liaise with different departments to ensure the smooth running of accounts, from enquiry to delivery. Excellent communication skills are important to this role as you will be communicating with a range of people on a daily basis: from customers to operations to suppliers.
