As an Expenses Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • To process and check expense claims, including checking calculations and ensuring proper documentation and approvals are available
  • Ensure that all documentation and information required to process reimbursements are provided and accurately filed, in accordance with expenses policy and procedures
  • To perform the final finance approval for all expenses
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to resolve issues regarding suppliers' invoices
  • To ensure in-time, in-quality and in-cost service delivery of Expenses function

You will Have:

  • Strong working experience within an Expenses or similar role
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Experience working within a high volume, fast paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of Excel (pivots, lookups)
  • SAP or ORACLE are highly beneficial
