An opportunity has arisen to work on 'part-time to full-time’ basis for an established wholesale supplier of entertainment products to both the UK and Europe’s hospitality sector. Our Client is looking for young and hungry individuals with the vision to succeed. They will offer on the job training, as well as excellent future earning potential, helping those who want to succeed within their role.

The Company
Located in the heart of Central London, our Client is the largest supplier of entertainment products to a host of recognised and prestigious Nightclubs, Bars, Restaurants, Hotel and Casinos throughout the UK. Their products and brand are renowned throughout the nightlife industry.

The Role
A 'telesales’ based role which will involve both 'cold’ and 'warm’ calling, where full training will be provided

  • Obtaining new business by generating interest over the telephone
  • Developing an understanding of how to sell and most importantly, selling in the right way
  • Building and establishing client relations with the objective of converting them into paying Customers and regular Clients
  • You will be working on a 'part-time to full-time’ basis, 4 days per working week, 6 hours per day (client flexible) to begin with, with a view to extending the hours and days worked on successful working relations and results

The Candidate
Our Client is looking for very ambitious individuals that could 'potentially’ have the ability to become the next 'high calibre’ sales individuals

  • Self-driven and results oriented, reliable, tolerant, determined, excellent communicators, who are well presented and are able to work in a 'collaborative setting’ (i.e. work with others)
  • The ability to 'ask for an order’ and close a deal
  • Confident in their ability to speak with and/or meet with Clients from a variety of backgrounds
  • Clear communication skills with a sound grasp of the English Language that can communicate clearly over-the-telephone and/or face-to-face, is a requirement
  • The Candidate must be ambitious, results oriented and have the ability to self-motivate

Key Responsibilities
Primarily, you will be expected to follow up all interest both by telephone and email communication

  • Building and establishing relationships with potential clients by calling through provided leads
  • Handle incoming enquiries from interested Customers
  • Contacting and introducing products and services to new and existing leads
  • Keeping management informed by submitting daily call-log activity and result reports (i.e. daily call schedules, lead activity, weekly work plans)

Knowledge, Experience & Attributes
Our Client is looking for:

  • Methodical and a well-organised salesperson with excellent communication skills
  • Applications are welcome from those without experience (perfect for college/school leavers)
  • Must possess strong English language skills (both written and oral)
  • Working experience with Microsoft Packages (Outlook, Word & Excel) is very advantageous
  • Working knowledge of the internet and social media will also be extremely beneficial

  • OTE: £15,000 - £20,000
