Once up to speed with the marketplace our client operates in, the successful candidate will strategically identify prospective clients, before opening up a dialogue with them. You’ll also uncover new opportunities within the existing client base. Supporting the sales team in order to fill event attendance, you’ll be a confident communicator. Developing rapport with established customers, you’ll work towards set KPIs and also support the sales training.

The Role:

- Obtain a thorough understanding of our client and the marketplace they operate in
- Strategically identify and contact potential customers over the phone and via email
- Support the sales team in filling event attendance
- Schedule meetings and engage with existing customers in order to upsell services
- Confidently develop rapport internally and externally
