URGENTLY REQUIRED - Litigation PA/Secretary - London

Urgently seeking a Legal Secretary for a unique and exciting role in London. The role requires a legal secretary/PA with strong litigation experience to join a leading law firm’s IP department. The role requires strong, solid experience in litigation and also a good ability in billing. If you have IP litigation experience then this will be a fantastic bonus, however not essential. The role is a great opportunity to take that next step in your career and gain a closer understanding to the finer litigation detail.

Duties will include:

  • Completion of court bundles for cases
  • Preparing litigation relevant correspondence
  • Dealing with instructions to counsel
  • Amending and compiling trial bundles
  • Full secretarial support - including typing, proof reading and diary/travel arrangements
  • Finance, expenses and billing queries
  • Data management including e-filing and archiving

To be successful in your application you must have litigation secretarial/PA experience within a law firm. You must have experience with multi-tasking and also supporting at partner level. An ideal candidate will also have had some exposure to IP litigation in their career, also does not need to be current experience. If you are fluent in another language (e.g. German) then this will give candidates the edge, however definitely not a strong requirement for the role.
