Research Assistant Fixed Term Contract 6 months
An opportunity to join one of our clients teams to support the smooth running of the Customer Satisfaction programme. Part of a small team, the role acts as a key point of contact for queries from the call centres, and supports project team on a wide variety of aspects of the programme.
Generating and monitoring reports from Microsoft Excel on a regular basis.
Extracting and analysing data to identify issues
Answering helpdesk calls and queries - phone and email
Any other administrative duties and team support as required.
- Ability to work closely with a small team
- Very good attention to detail
- Some client servicing/facing experience
- Good interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of all aspects of the IT system in particular Outlook, Excel and Access
- Confident, polite and clear verbal and written communication
- Experience in an administrative role
- Ability to plan workload and prioritise, work under pressure and meet deadlines
