Do you want to join a newly expanding restaurant group who offer excellent training and career progression? This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef to join this popular up and coming restaurant group.
This role would be perfect for someone who has passion for quality fresh food and would really like to try something different, has worked with in a branded restaurant environment with knowledge of stock taking systems and procedures whilst being comfortable cooking to company specifications.
The restaurant is in a popular location and is exceptionally busy. The kitchen has a large team and they turn over the tables throughout the day.
As Sous Chef you will manage all aspects of the kitchen with the Head Chef, including Health & Safety, Training & Development of the team, stock control & GP’s and general admin duties.
