Our client is looking to recruit a purchase ledger clerk

Client Details

Our client is a market leader based in Dumfries

Description

The role will entail but not be exclusive to:

  • Maintenance of purchase ledger
  • Supplier payments
  • Open PO maintenance
  • Forecast payments for cash flow projections
  • Maintenance of P/L schedules for operating expenses
  • Completion of new suppliers account forms
  • Maintenance of supplier prepayments
  • Traded purchase invoices receiving and matching to GRNs in system
  • Supplier statement reconciliation
  • Assist with bank reconciliations
  • Other duties as may be assigned

Profile

The successful candidate will have to have had experience in a similar type position. The need to drive is incredibly important due to the location of our clients office
