Experienced PLC Residential Site Manager Required In Swindon
Your new company
A well-known national house builder best known for developments stretch across the UK and they have a network of offices enabling them to deliver sites in a variety of areas. Due to their recent success and the acquisition of new sites they are looking for a Site Manager to look after the additional workload.
Your new role
You will be working alongside a team which could be up to another Site Manager, two Assistants and two Finishing Managers when on large singular sites or you could be working in a team of 6 on larger unit sites split into 3 sections. You will be responsible for H&S on site including all supporting documentation.
What you'll need to succeed
You should ideally have experience in running large sites of 200 units + having worked for a PLC. You will be required to have CSCS, Scaffold Appreciation, H&S such as First Aid and SMSTS as minimum. You will go far if you are looking for a challenging environment and get good results from your team. It would be advantageous if you will have a pure housing background but they will consider mixed development backgrounds, for example apartment schemes.
What you'll get in return
You will receive up to £55,000 + benefits per annum and there is a clear route for progression.
