Page Personnel are representing a large public sector organisation, offering an exciting opportunity for a facilities supervisor to join their facilities team. You will be supervising a team of up to 50 catering, cleaning and reception staff at a time. The client has countless opportunities for development and growth for the successful candidate.
The role is based in the heart of Leeds, with fantastic transport links, as well as free parking.
As a facilities supervisor you will be expected to oversee all of the cleaning, catering and reception. You will supervise a team of up to 50 at one time, creating rotas, completing payroll related duties, holding disciplinaries and appraisals. You will be expected to motivate, manage and lead the facilities team, whilst encouraging a strong customer focus. The role will involve liaising with other associated parties and staff members from other departments.
Candidates wishing to apply to the role should have:
- Worked as a supervisor in a previous facilities role (essential)
- A good understanding of cleaning and catering (essential)
- L2 Food Safety (essential)
- Great customer service (essential)
- BICS (desirable)
- COSHH (desirable)
- L3 Food Safety (desirable)
- NVQ in Supervisory Management (desirable)
- Worked in a health care organisation previously (desirable)
