Service Manager - Main Dealer
We are in the market for an excellent Service Manager to lead a large and successful team for this established main dealer, part of a larger, successful national dealer group. This is a fantastic opportunity with a 'proper' employer.
You will oversee a team of 6 front reception staff along with back office support. You will be directly responsible for workshop and reception team leaders and the service department employs 17 productive staff.
10/11 of the productive team are responsible for retail and warranty work with a separate team of 6 who work through a large amount of internal prep work and significant fleet/corporate contracts.
You must have experience of managing such a large team and show a clear understanding of how to generate profit whilst achieving excellent customer satisfaction results. Typically the business sells £130k+ per month in labour hours.
