About Our Client
My client is a leading and expanding motor insurance group who are renowned for their staff reward and recognition, and are ranked highly in The Times Top 30 Big Companies to work for. They are currently recruiting for an Insurance Product Support Analyst to join their expanding team in the Sevenoaks area.

The Role
The successful Insurance Product Support Analyst will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of product and point of sale documentation specifications. You will also be responsible for the maintenance and quality management of electronically traded business, MID interface processes / failures and provide operational support to the business.

The day to day would include the following:
• Conduct root cause analysis of all EDI / MID failures, ensuring full resolution is achieved
• Identify and resolve business user issues on internal systems to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently on a day to day basis
• Meet performance targets to deliver against agreed objectives, KPI's and service levels
• Assist in the delivery of departmental procedures and ensure they are maintained / updated on a regular basis
• Maintain knowledge of industry standards and market intelligence regarding product distribution and operation of products at point of sale
• Develop and maintain required test plans / scripts and execute in appropriate test environments

The ideal candidate
Will have 2+ years' experience in a similar role for an insurer or supplier to the insurance industry

Competitive base salary of £19,000 - £24,000 depending on experience, coupled with an excellent benefits package.
