Regional Account Manager - London

£40,000 - £45,000 Basic, + Car + Phone + Laptop + Bonus + Pension

The Company:
My client is a leading specialist in the hire of site accommodation equipment. They have been highly successful across the UK in establishing their presence and building an excellent reputation within the hire industry. Their products cater for all projects, ranging from construction, industrial, education, hospitals and sports venues. Due to the company having high increases in sales, they are now looking to expand their business and are looking for a new account manager to develop the sales in the South and London region.

The Role:
With an established client base already in place, your role as Regional Account Manager will be to manage and maintain key accounts, as well as to develop sales with new clients through dealing Managing Directors, Buyers and Company Procurement. Covering the whole London region, you will be responsible for helping to increase revenue in the region year on year. Services you are selling will include full range of temporary modular units. You will be provided with a company car, laptop and phone.

The Candidate:
Ideally you will experience of working in modular building hire industry as well as experience in face to face sales. You will be commutable to within the M25 and have the following experience and skill set:

  • The ability to build relationships
  • Experienced in face to face sales
  • Managing accounts in the hire industry
  • Computer Literate with programmes such as Microsoft PowerPoint
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Written and communication skills
