Field Sales Executive
Job summary: To convert company provided sales leads into orders and generate own leads in order to sell relevant home security packages and generate annual maintenance and monitoring revenue.
q Sell 4 new units per week (1 self generated sale minimum)
q Pass quarterly internal presentation certification process
q Convert a minimum of 50% of new company generated leads provided
q Identification of target Residential market opportunities.
q Creating self generated appointments
q Design and presentation of correct package for target consumer, optimising cross-selling opportunities.
q Flexibility to adapt working hours to meet with customer requirements.

Residential Sales Consultants
Residential Sales Manager
Sales consultants from other sales channels.
Engineers/Technicians - To source opportunities
In order to form partnerships and gain referrals:
Tradesmen (local plumbers, electricians, glaziers and locksmiths)
Crime prevention groups
Man Guarding and Key Holding Companies
q Self generate sales leads by networking, referrals and cold calling.
q Lead generation - qualification of prospects in alignment with target consumer market.
q Prioritise self and company generated leads to maximise new business sales opportunities.
q Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers from initial call strategy gaining their trust and respect.
q Attend customer premises to undertake surveys and progress sale.
q Sale of home security packages including intruder, smoke detection and CCTV products through effective sales strategy.
q Attend company site to process customer contracts and finalise administration relating to the contract.
q Maintain relationship with customer post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction and obtain referrals. Taking ownership of the customer and their issues.
q Identify and progress resale opportunities for premises with existing company systems
q Present the company as a credible and professional supplier of security products.
q Maintain knowledge of products and services and industry developments.
q Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

q Previous sales experience preferable but not essential.
q Demonstrate a successful track record of achievement in either sales or previous chosen role.

q English & Maths (A, B or C grades) GCSE or equivalent
q Educated to A level standard (A, B or C grades) or equivalent (desirable)
SALARY 16400 basic + car with uncapped OTE of £40k.
