Our client, based in Corby are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Business Developer to act as the liaison between our clients Marketing and Sales teams.
Your role will be to seek new business opportunities for the business by contacting and developing relationships with existing and potential customers.
Work with team members to generate leads.
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Qualify leads from marketing campaigns.
Customize products solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
Build long-term relationships with clients.
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
Stay up-to-date with new products/services within our training industry.
Previous experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas.
Experience with multiple sales technique.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organisational skills.
Be personable and forward thinking
Experience of Microsoft Office systems including Word, Excel & Outlook are essential.
Experience with CRM Systems.
Able to work as part of a team and autonomously.
Willing to learn and progress.
