These roles are field-based supporting 900 stores located in the UK and Ireland so we are keen to hear from people based in the North, South (inc. London), East and West regions of the UK.
About this opportunity
These are new roles created allow us to locally train and develop our amazing retail colleagues you are the real stars of our business. You'll be based in the local area working from selected training stores covering a number of stores in your location, delivering engaging training solutions. You'll also be involved in the design of creative and engaging sessions following the completion of robust Training Need Analysis (TNA).
You'll be supporting the Head of Talent and L&D Manager to achieve their vision of developing and implementing best in class training initiatives that will ultimately support Area and Store Managers to be better able to coach and develop our store colleagues.
In this regional role you'll be required to live in the area local to the one you are supporting, however flexibility is required to cover more remote areas as and when needed and also regular travel to our Head Office in the West Midlands. We don't want you to be a stranger!
It goes without saying that you need to have a passion about all things Learning and Development with proven experience in a similar role. You'll be a team player with a natural ability to engage with stakeholders and the wider department. We're also looking for someone that is confident working remotely and you'll have the ability to make independent and intelligent decisions.
Experience in delivering classroom sessions in a multi-site operation and sound retail knowledge is essential as you'll be focused on delivering operational based training on subjects such as shrinkage, compliance and labour model changes. You'll be amazing with PowerPoint and have experience of creating imaginative tools to support your delegates learning.
