Our client is a creative, production and installation specialist with vast experience within the retail arena. They have many years of expertise covering everything from POS, one off or multiple in-store retail displays, exhibitions and packaging and print.

Due to their continued success they are expanding and are looking for a Senior Account Handler to join their team. The successful candidate would report into one of the Senior Account Managers.

The role is temp to perm and will become permanent after three months.

The Role:

The senior account handler facilitates the efficient handling of all client projects and help to make a significant contribution to a quality focused customer service. Delivers profitable growth of the business and achievement of other common business goals, ensure all clients are treated fairly at all times.

Your responsibilities will be:

Pay utmost attention to detail - proof reading, accurate execution of edits.

Collate and provide cohesive reports with data compiled in a logical manner.

Organise and manage client work flow - project trackers and critical paths.

Pro actively chase clients for updates on scheduled and prospective jobs.

Ensure that meeting notes are thorough and concise.

Support client facing meetings.

Allocation of supplier invoices to individual campaigns by raising any issues with the relevant Account Manager or the Finance Team.

Produce clear, concise and cohesive written briefs to include time lines, costings etc.

Manage and meet all agreed client deadlines.

The Candidate:

Ideally have had a year of Account Handling experience in a similar role in a Marketing Agency.

Confident when dealing with clients and internal departments.

Extremely well organised with a proven record of project management from the start of the process to its conclusion.

Have an excellent working knowledge of word, excel and powerpoint.

Happy to attend client meetings.

Have proven experience of writing briefs.

Have exceptional time management skills.

Ideally be degree educated.
