I am working with a Charity based in Peterborough who seeks a Finance Manager to take on a varied role, supporting the day to day finances of a local Charity with links across the UK. You will report directly to the board and work with them to support internal process, drive performance and service to its supporters.
Key tasks include;
Production of the management accounts
Statutory accounts, presentation of accounts to the board
Reconciliation of sales and purchase ledger
Banking and reconciliations
This is a hands on role, you will manage all aspects of the Finance function, supporting you is an administrator. You will work closely with the senior management team to drive performance; we seek someone who can support their day to day tasks, from clerical through to final accounts. Someone with good knowledge of Sage, who can ‘assist’ in payroll, as this is a charity, we seek someone who has experience in a similar field, but also someone who could support funding activities is desirable. A great opportunity for someone who is keen to be the driving force behind a business.
