The organisation in question are part of the growing tech scene in the North East. They are heavily involved in providing state of the art 3D Visualsation Software to a range of customers both in the UK and further afield.

They are located in Newcastle upon Tyne with modern offices overlooking the River Tyne. They have a highly collaborative company culture heavily focused around encouraging creativity and autonomy. This role is an amalgamation of the two...

Their culture is free from the 'red tape' associated with larger organisations (they currently have 80+ people) and they offer a competitive salary between £75,000-£80,000 alongside flexible working hours.

But enough about them. All good adverts are about the reader at the end of the day, so with that in mind, here is a flavour as to what the role will consist of:

* Stakeholder Engagement - First and foremost, this role is highly Stakeholder-facing and will involve liaising with both internal and external Stakeholders over a range of issues. The nature of the business means you will be dealing directly with customers so a background working in a Web Agency or Consultancy would be ideal.

* Leadership - This role will involve leading creative teams, motivating and inspiring them to gain buy-in and ensuring that vision is implemented and delivered correctly. You will be expected to drive performance to maintain and surpass their current standards.

* Brand Awareness & User Experience (UX) - You will be expected to ct as the 'creative evangelist' for them, driving their Global brand and ensuring long-term success. You will be expected to champion common UX principles and ensure that you build upon their reputation as a Global leader.

Ultimately, they are looking for somebody who is passionate about all forms of creative storytelling with a strong understanding of how this can be utilised to develop client
