Bring your quality, governance and change management experience to drive cultural change at Arqiva, global Leader in Communications Infrastructure.

As Quality Engineer in this new role reporting to our Quality Manager, you’ll report on programmes/projects progress, risk, schedule and cost and quality management, Identifying risks and proposing/agreeing mitigating actions, delegated responsibility for quality; organising expert support and report writing, completion of annual supplier evaluation (with appropriate support) and acquiring in-depth knowledge of supplier leading to effective control of supplier
Other key deliverables include:
• Drive improvements in customer satisfaction by leading Root Cause investigations
• Skilled in the Identification of risks and opportunities
• Excellent time management & multitasking skills

With significant experience in a similar role, you have extensive experience in Quality Management, having implemented quality frameworks and processes, with a formal management qualification such as Certificate of Quality Management Practices from the Chartered Quality Institute and/or IRCA ISO 9001. Having established the full spectrum of operational processes into service, you’ re fully familiar with governance and change management, with sound working knowledge of programme planning and scheduling of multi-discipline programmes. Highly analytical, with excellent all-round communication skills, you have a working knowledge of other enterprise standard planning and reporting tools and strong desktop automation skills. You can also offer:
• strong competence in structured, rigorous working methods and problem-solving
• knowledge of programme controls disciplines
• the ability to gain buy-in from all stakeholders.
