The Role: Working for this market leading digital business, the Head of Account Management will be responsible for upselling and cross selling digital advertising and digital marketing campaigns into the Fintech sector. Managing several large pre-existing accounts, this is a 100% Account Management role where the successful applicant will be targeted on increasing retentions from 65% to 85%. As well as managing a Sales Team of 3, the Head of Account Management will have the opportunity to grow their team and attend regular client meeting. This is a consultative sales role which is ideally suited for any adaptable sales professional looking to progress their career within the Fintech sector.

Looking to triple their revenue over the next few years, the successful Account Manager will be joining the firm at a flourishing time in its development, when it is both small enough to make an impact and progressive enough to take control of their own career path.

As Head of Account Management your responsibilities will include:

  • Upselling and cross-selling digital advertising and digital marketing campaigns
  • Managing several pre-existing accounts
  • Targeting the Fintech sector
  • Managing a Sales Team of 3
  • Regular face to face meetings

For this Head od Account Management position we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • 3-5 years proven B2B sales experience
  • Media or Marketing sales experience preferred but not essential
  • A confident and driven personality who is an effective relationship builder
