Sous Chef - Guildford
SOUS Chef required for our client - a hotel located in Guildford.
As a Sous Chef candidates require a good all round back ground to include:
- A rosette fine dining background or experience gained using fresh produce equivalent to a 1 or 2 rosette level.
- Good kitchen management, stock control and food hygiene control are essential.
- Experience of catering for Restaurant, Conference, Banqueting and Private dining.
- Working 5 days over a 7 day rota.
The salary for this opportunity of a Sous Chef is given as up to £29,000 per annum. Live out role.
