Working on behalf of a South London based independent school we are recruiting to a permanent full time Finance Officer role to start in June 2017.
Your duties will include processing all transactions through Purchase Ledger, checking and processing invoices accordingly, organising payments to suppliers and processing employee expenses, acting as the first point of contact for purchase ledger queries, processing fee income and fee charges termly, bank reconciliations and monthly depreciation journals.
You will also be required to carry out administrative duties, check documentation, returns and reports are carried out to a required level of accuracy.
This is a full time permanent all year-round position paying £32,500 plus superb benefits.
It is essential you hold AAT Level 3 minimum and experience of using Sage (ideally Sage 200) you must have experience of working within school finance ideally ideally within an independent school.
