Project Director:

A boutique commercial service provider, with high end locations across Central London are searching for a Project Director. They have detailed and impeccable service which allows businesses to operate as effectively as possible in a professional and productive atmosphere.

The serviced offices are at the for front of modern office space and provide the client with everything they need.

The Project Director is required to understand the commercial development sector and have exceptional experience within Project Management. They are responsible for overall execution and coordination of each existing and new property, delivering programmes, contracts and financial planning. This is a new department for the organisation and shall therefore require management and training of the supporting project team to help support significant growth.

Responsibilities and requirements:

  • Ownership of projects department by establishing procedures, programmes and all site specific safety regulations and requirements.

  • Developing budgets in line with project programmes

  • Communicating with CEO and DD of project scope and associated costs

  • Manage the project team including, architects, Site Managers, Contractors, Procurement's Manager, Design Manager and administrative support.

  • Identify and evaluate alternate solutions to best meet

  • Degree in a related field

  • 10 + years experience in Project Management or Director position

  • Previous experience in commercial office sector
