PACKAGE: On offer is a basic salary of up to £35,000 plus uncapped bonus but likely to be £10,000, fully expensed car and 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.

JOB DESCRIPTION: Area Sales Manager: Due to an internal promotion an excellent opportunity has arisen to join this prestigious brand promoting a range of kitchen products to a customer base of retail showrooms and some merchants. There is an existing and loyal database which will need strategic managing by devising call schedules and journey plans to maximise spend and increase sales volume. The successful person will also be expected to identify key accounts and agree objectives to increase performance, however it is equally important that time is invested in prospecting for new business opportunities on the patch.
LOCATION: Field based covering West Midlands, South Wales, Mid Wales, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Staffordshire
CANDIDATE: We are looking for a high quality KBB field sales professional with experience selling to retailers or merchants and with a proven track record in sales. Applicants must be hungry and motivated and able to demonstrate good selling techniques and commercial acumen. The client will also consider exceptional candidates from outside the KBB market including FMCG as long as they have sold to a retail or merchant customer base.
