We're looking for an experienced PR Manager to help us put the London Business School's insight and expertise at the heart of the news agenda across Europe. Positioning faculty members as world-leading commentators and helping them to deliver engaging content, you'll increase our coverage, enhance our reputation and promote ideas that change the world.

The Role

Make Headlines

The Marketing and Communications department is a hugely collaborative team working to raise the School's profile through a strategic combination of corporate communications, brand and campaign management. As PR Manager, you'll deliver a key strand of the strategy through creative PR initiatives that bring out the best in our talented faculty members. Building on our reputation for delivering world-class business education, you'll make us a go-to source for authoritative comment on the biggest issues facing business. That means you'll:

* Bring our overall Marketing and Communications strategy to life through proactive PR initiatives across a range of platforms and media.
* Produce PR plans and pitch feature-led pitches, press releases, media alerts and ghost-written bylined articles to influential media organisations.
* Work with the faculty to pitch cutting-edge research on a range of newsworthy business topics from economics to entrepreneurship.
* Track our global profile by managing international PR and a media monitoring agencies.
* Grow strong relationships with key media outlets across Europe.

Who We Are Looking For

* A successful track record of PR and stakeholder management.
* A thorough understanding of the business world and, ideally, business education.
* A natural instinct for what turns a good story into great news.
* Proven storytelling, ghost-writing, editing and proofing skills.
* A Bachelor's degree and the academic background to get the most out of our faculty.
* A practiced relationship builder, influencer and negotiator with the collaboration and co-ordination skills to be a real asset to our team.
