12 Month Fixed Term Contract

A large Central Leeds based Law firm are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team.

You will be working alongside a large team in a fast-paced and target driven environment. Working efficiently on the collection of high value accounts, your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of credit control including:

Completing Ledger reviews and ensuring all compliance is met
Supporting your colleagues in relation to client queries
Collection of high value accounts
Identifying any risks and escalating accordingly
Understanding the end to end process for each of your Key Clients recommending Improvements if necessary
Ensuring the clients portfolio is updated accordingly
Meeting KPI performance targets

The profile of the individual should include:

Experience of complex credit control for a large organisation
Proven success in a fast paced credit control environment
The ability to handle high volume high value clients
Good verbal and written communication
Able to build strong relationships with Finance/Internal and external clients
Excellent negotiation skills
Clear understanding of a credit control policies
Good IT skills and a knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel and Work
