The Role: Outstanding opportunity for an Event Sales Manager to take full commercial responsibility over the largest event on the international stage within the Defence sector. The successful Event Sales Manager will manage a team of 2 Sales Managers responsible for mentoring a Sales Team of Executives to sell stand space and sponsorship exclusively to corporates within the Defence, Manufacturing and Private Security sectors. This is a hybrid position where the Event Sales Manager's time will be split between managing, directly selling, and marketing the event. This is a fantastic opportunity, perfectly suited for an experienced Senior Sales Manager who has a thorough knowledge of working within large scale events and is keen to develop their career within a globally renowned firm.

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • 8 years proven B2B sales experience within the Events sector
  • Background in people management
  • Driven, diligent and credible
