The head of Creative production will align themselves closely with the Creative director of this well-known fashion brand managing multiple areas of creative from photo shoots, catalogue production, and store design, through to branding, graphics, and print work. 

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the Creative Director on the Creative concept for all shoots, and support on creating all mood boards and briefs;
- Manage all photo shoots from initial planning to completion;
- Develop and brief the creative crew for all shoots, including the photography crew;
- Attend all outfit planning sessions and photo shoots and manage shot lists and timings on set;
- Book all required photo shoot elements, including local production, hotels and travel arrangements;
- Create an environment (both on and offsite) where the creative team can produce their best work;
- Work with the Buying Team to manage the photo shoot sample process, and ensure everything needed for each shoot is ready and available;
- Work with the creative team to create schedules and critical paths for all other creative output including project managing PR and search campaigns;
- Ensure the team is aware of upcoming creative deadlines;
- Keeping log of the creative teams work flow and encouraging communication within the team by leading Monday morning meetings and organizing team catch ups where necessary;
- Capture all required information necessary for each creative project, ensuring detailed timelines, key milestones, and delivery dates from kick off to final delivery are built and adhered to
- Managing the retouching process and retouching budget
- Negotiate costs for all areas of Creative;
- Preparation and management of all production budgets, including invoice, expense and call sheet management;
- Monitor actual costs for all projects, against approved budget and scope, and revise production estimates accordingly;   

KEY SKILLS

- An experienced background in producing photo shoots internationally and a deep understanding of all the elements that this involves
- Understand all phases of pre-production, production and post-production
- Exceptional, demonstrated producer skills involving effective time management, communication, budgeting and organisation
- An aptitude for creative problem solving, multi-tasking and the ability to work on multiple tight deadlines, in a fast-pace environment
- Strong analytical background with experience creating and maintaining production budgets
- A good creative vision and understanding of all creative processes required for producing photo shoots and catalogues
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with business leaders and colleagues across the company, whole handling complex issues with grace and awareness
- Ensure compliance with regulations and codes of practice required for producing location shoots
- Be self-motivated, always looking for new ways to improve existing processes
