This is an excellent opportunity for an bubbly character that has Restaurant Pub experience within a busy food and beverage outlet and would thrive in a quality local , village Pub environment.
This Pub is a popular food destination pub restaurant which also services a vast array of quality ales and wines.
You will within a very small team and report to the owners.
This is a excellent opportunity for a candidate with some quality gastro /restaurant experience looking for their first MANAGER role or an existing Supervisor /manager seeking a new challenge
As Assistant Manager you are expected to be well presented, friendly, enthusiastic and willing to give 100% and be a very’ hands on’ supervisor.
As Assistant Manager you will lead and work within a small team -therefore strong leadership and organisational skills are essential.
As Assistant Manager duties will also include running shifts, doing rotas, stock control and ordering , cellar . Full training will be given if needed .
You are also required to promote and maintain the reputation of the establishment by ensuring and providing excellent customer care and service.
For this role the ideal Assistant Manager will have supervisor experience (although this is not essential as full training will be given ) within a quality pub /restaurant environment.
This Assistant Manager role Is a full time, permanent role
You must drive and have your own transport. it is commutable from Thirsk , Easingwold and Helmsley-although accommodation may be available
The successful applicant for this Assistant Manager role will receive a salary of up to £20,000 + excellent tips !
