Year 3 class teacher with Senior Leadership Responsibilities - September start
I am currently working with a fantastic three-form entry primary school who are recruiting an experienced and dedicated staff member to join them on a full time basis from September.
The head is seeking an experienced class teacher to take a year 3 class from September and be the key stage 2 leader. You will be a member of the SLT team and work closely with the Headteacher, Deputy head and key stage 1 phase leader.
The school is in Buckinghamshire - High Wycombe.
Class sizes are made up of 30 pupils with the full time support of a TA in each class. The school offers intervention and booster sessions where pupils are taught in small groups outside of class.
The key stage 2 phase will have an NQT and an M1 teacher in for September. So you need to have experience teaching in key stage 2 and management experience.
The school is a large, modern school. It boasts fantastic resources and facilities. The school has 2 playgrounds and 2 large playing fields. A modern PE provision and sports hall.
Being 3 form entry school team PPA time is given. Allowing teachers to work collaboratively on planning and marking.
This is a caring school with a team of dedicated staff committed to ensuring that their pupils are happy, healthy and striving to reach their full potential. The Headteacher believes in career development and progression and the school offer regular training and staff development courses.
The school was rated Good in recent Outstanding in recent inspection.
