The Head of Sales position is a brand new opportunity and it’s come at an exciting time.The role is based in North West London. We are on the lookout for a talented senior sales professional that’s looking for their next challenge, is this you?
Your job is to maximise sales and profit opportunities through the delivery of the sales strategy and the Sales experience. You will interact with the Heads of Businesses and the divisional team, ensuring that all standards and processes are adhered to in line with guidelines and the contracts arrangements and ensure that the brands division exceeds customer expectations at all times.
You must also have the skill, attitude and energy to help us make it happen. How you contribute to our positive culture, our desire to give something back to the community, and how our colleagues feel about their roles is hugely important to us.
In addition to the above, this role also requires you to have the following skills, experience and aptitudes:
- Great people skills particularly in terms of achievement through teams. Leadership style should be highly visible and hands on
- Come from a Head of Business/Dealer Principal role and perhaps with multi-site background - with an established track record in sales and profit delivery, cost control, stock management and people management
- Enthusiasm to deliver retail experience and achieve the highest standard of personalised customer care.
- Flexible approach to work and adaptable to thrive in a changing environment
