One of the UK's leading Property Consultancies based in W1, Central London are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years Private Practice experience to join their Building Consultancy team who offer advice at all phases of the property cycle.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be joining a team renowned for their sustained, exceptional Client Service over the last 80 years who are currently winning the rights to a variety of Commercial Projects from their broad portfolio of Private Sector clients.

A leading Property Consultancy with offices countrywide are in the process of expanding their West End Building Consultancy team. With over 20 offices countrywide this multi-disciplined Consultancy offer a range of services including Building Surveying, Project Management and Dispute Resolution.

Assisting Private Developers, Investors and Commercial Occupiers from their state of the art West End office, this company have a close-knit Building Surveying team with intentions to expand across the board over the next 3 years.

The Role

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will have an extremely varied job role with a slight focus on Professional Building Surveying matters;

  • Building Surveys
  • Defect Diagnosis
  • Dilapidations
  • Party Wall Matters
  • Schedules of Condition
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Project Monitoring
  • Contract Administration

The Successful Chartered Building Surveyor

This is a role ideal for a Chartered Building Surveyor who may not currently be getting the exposure to work they're looking for or for someday looking for a tailored pathway towards Directorship which isn't sustainable in their current role.

  • Minimum 3 years Private Practice/Consultancy experience
  • Experience in carrying out Schedules of Dilapidations/Schedules of Condition will be prefered
  • MSc/BSc in Building Surveying
  • Committed to career progression
  • Strong communication skills
  • Be self-motivated, ambitious and organised
