Your new company
You will be joining a national full service law firm in their Bristol office that acts for both individuals and companies in all major legal sectors. This award winning practice has offices in no less that 7 UK locations including Bristol.
Your new role
You will be joining a dedicated Commercial Litigation Team that handles a wide variety of commercial disputes for both regional and national clients. Your caseload will encompass shareholder and contract disputes as well as fraud, banking and professional negligence issues but this is by no means an exhaustive list.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have gained significant commercial litigation experience across a wide range of disputes involving both corporate and commercial clients. As well as technical ability you will be comfortable with supervising more junior members of the team. A following would be welcome but it is more important that you are able to lead from the front in terms of business development and to to develop and maintain client relationships.
