Purchase Ledger / Accounts Administrator required

Outskirts of Cardiff

Salary of £17,000 to £18,000 per annum

Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger clerk on a full time basis to join their busy team.

Main duties to include -

  • Matching, batching and coding of invoices (high volume)
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Inputting invoices onto accounting system
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Statement Reconciliations
  • Petty cash
  • Credit Card statement
  • Expenses



You will need to be proficient with excel spreadsheets and be able to manage large volumes of work. Ideally you will have experience of using Sage Line 50.

The team is well established and would suit someone who can quickly fit in and build rapport.
