I am currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded law firm in Nottingham who are keen to appoint an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Private Client team on a full time permanent basis.

You will join a busy department that assists individuals with their wills, estate planning, tax and with the administration of estates. You will be required to prepare correspondence whilst ensuring client contact information is kept up to date and confidential. You will be working in a secretarial team providing secretarial resource for solicitors. You will also occasionally be required to provide typing support across other disciplines.

Attention to detail is essential, working to the Firm's quality assurance protocols which requires you to produce correspondence through the use of audio and copy typing. Accuracy is therefore essential.

You will need to be qualified to a minimum of 3 GCSEs including grades 'C' in English and Maths (or equivalent qualification and grade). Previous secretarial experience within a law firm would be advantageous although not essential; however applicants should have a typing speed of 65 wpm.
