Campaign Marketing Executive

Horsham, West Sussex

Salary up to £27,900

Talent Hub is looking for a Marketing Executive with skills in direct marketing, integrated, digital and campaign management. This is an exciting opportunity to join the busy team, focussing on customer retention and engagement

The job includes:

  • Manage & co-ordinate assigned campaigns both on & offline to customers, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Initiating and writing campaign briefs as well as approving creative briefs and concepts
  • Manage relationships with multiple external agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are delivered and key performance indicators are met
  • Defining & agreeing data selections & targeting for direct marketing campaigns
  • Source information and photography for creative agency as required, manage printers and fulfilment houses.
  • Monitor campaign key dates and deadlines, driving campaign development
  • Verify the brand facts & figures, ensuring they and any other relevant copy adhere to company legal constraints
  • Manage the production process of all campaigns, obtain competitive print quotes & select appropriate suppliers
  • Produce and present campaign results reports and analysis
  • Work with the digital team,internal digital marketing department to ensure delivery of web functionality required for specific appeals/campaigns

You will have:

  • Proven skills of direct marketing disciplines, ideally within a charity environment, Financial Services or Travel
  • Previously managed and negotiated with third party suppliers
  • Print production knowledge
  • Knowledge of digital marketing
  • CRM and data skills
  • Proven campaign/project management skills
  • Skills in acquisition and retention marketing
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Ability to work on own initiative, prioritise own workload and deliver to deadlines
