Job Title: Senior IFA Administrator

Location: Salisbury

Salary: £22,000 to £25,000

My client a well-established IFA practice requires an experienced IFA Administrator to assist with the development of a growing team that deals with a wide range of Financial Services products including Pensions, Investments

You must have experience working as an IFA administrator and the ability to lead a team of administrators, financial qualifications are desired but not essential

This role provides an excellent opportunity for somebody who is currently an IFA Administrator looking to work with a reputable company with big plans for growth

Duties will Include:

Managing the advisers day to day activities

Pro-actively liaising with clients, advisers and other members of your team to request documentation and provide progress reports.

Utilising online systems and developing knowledge to aid in the processing of business

Maintaining relationship and contacts with providers to ensure a professional service

To obtain illustrations, key features and application forms from Platforms & Providers

Compile blank new client packs containing documentation such as, but not limited to, client agreement, fact find, risk questionnaire and profile for the Adviser to use at client meetings

Update client policy records on receipt of information on Adviser Office

To prepare new business applications in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedures and compliance handbook

Arrange for amendments to encashment and withdrawal requests from existing client plans as instructed by the Adviser

To provide cover and carry out duties for other Administrators in the team, in their absence

Deal with enquiries raised by clients, providers, advisers and other members of staff

Skills and Experience required:

Intermediate ICT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook and be able to establish, maintain and up-date databases accurately

Prior experience of providing excellent customer service

Experience in administration support roles and able to maintain accuracy

Financial Services qualifications are desirable

Good communication skills

Professional attitude
