They are looking for an experienced customer marketing executive who can manage customer communications via all channels and communicate to wider audience.
- Manage all adhoc site queries regarding the Brand
- Manage Brand Manual and keep up to date/review
- Roll out new Customer Experience Strategy based on Research
- Manage Image bank and keep up to date/review
- Deliver Market Force strategy /manage complaints/review audits
- Manage the Brand Plans with relevant stakeholders
- Deliver customer segmentation strategy via all channels available (14) and manage relevant channels
- Communicate successes to the wider team.
- Control allocated budget
- Take on adhoc projects
Please note this role will involve travel so you must be a driver with vehicle.
