Job Title:  Secretary
Start date Monday 29th May 2017 
Location: Solihull - located in the heart of Shirley, the business park is 15 minutes from Solihull City Centre and is easily commutable from Solihull, Warwick, Coleshill, and Birmingham City Centre.
Salary: £20,000 pro rata
Duration: 3 Months FTC 

Kelly Services has a fantastic job opportunity for an experienced secretary, who is seeking to broaden their knowledge of systems and processes with the desire to become an integral member of a vibrant team in Solihull. The successful secretary will have worked on projects or a design team, with an understanding of key relationships and the ability to help all aspects of successful delivery.

Your new job
As the secretary, your new job will present you with the opportunity of working as an integral member of the Civils and Infrastructure division, getting involved in the day to day team activities including research for the projects within the company's Birmingham Campus. As well as this, your job will be to provide secretarial support to senior staff within the department including handling travel arrangements, managing visa applications, setting up meetings and producing reports in line with client requirements. Additionally, the successful secretary will be exposed to working on the company's bid support website, allowing you to further develop knowledge on the bids and submissions processes.

What you need to succeed
To succeed in this job, the ideal secretary will possess a Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration. Additionally, you will have strong IT knowledge and an understanding of standard of office administrative procedures.
