CitiPoint is offering phenomenal opportunities to help individuals expand their current skills in an industry that keeps moving at warp speed. We are a sales and marketing company that works with elite clients therefore we are expanding rapidly. We are seeking candidates with prior experience in marketing, pr, advertising, sales, customer service or events. Candidates with experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality will also be considered. Must be out going and possess a willingness to learn.

Currently we are looking to fill 15-20 openings from entry level into management.
All candidates will be provided with full one to one support and coaching in the following areas of

Marketing and Sales Strategies
People Management
Client Campaign Coordination
Teaching and developing

Requirements (must meet a minimum of 3):

Experience in promotions, events, retail, restaurant, hospitality, sales, marketing, advertising, administration, customer service
Strong personal organization, time management, and dependability
Must be comfortable approaching and interacting with all kinds of people
Ability to show initiative and self manage
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Professional image and high level of integrity
Proven leadership skills
Self motivated, organized and able to meet deadlines.
Able to multi-task and handle multiple projects with attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Degree preferred but not require

Earnings are based entirely on commission only with the opportunity to earn on average £350-£650 a week. All earnings are paid weekly and are based entirely on completed sales individuals do. These roles are not 100% office based, they involve events-based time and there is a part of the interview process that is unpaid, i.e. a day shadowing a sales representative etc., and where expenses are not covered.
