Our Client is a leading service provider based in North Leeds who are recruiting an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Credit Control Team Leader. This is a pivotal role within the business that will work closely with the Credit Manager and Financial Controller to make some significant improvements.

You will be an experienced and confident Credit Controller Team Leader who is highly capable of the following key responsibilities:-

-Management of 4 employees including billing assistants and credit controllers
-Looking at ways that the team can be improved and perhaps restructured to improve efficiency and benefit the business
-Development and implementation of new processes, particularly surrounding cash collection
-Working closely alongside the ERP system implementation team, looking at what works and what improvements can be made
-Supporting the sales function and liaising regularly with key stakeholders
-Working on various projects with the Credit Manager
-Frequent site visits, mainly local and UK based
-Approving any high value credit limits
-Building and maintaining strong customer and supplier relationships

You must have a strong background in credit control and experience managing a small team. Someone who can demonstrate where they have continuously improved current processes is crucial to this role, alongside an excellent communicator who can manage fairly and effectively.
