UK Telesales Executive

£20,000 to £23,000 with O.T.E of £38,000


Our client is one of Europe's largest service providers based in Bicester with offices in a number of European markets. Due to their strategic approach coupled with industry leading focus on customer service they are rapidly growing and looking to acquire the services of a UK Telesales Advisor. This is a superb opportunity with uncapped earning potential to join this company and be part of their shared success.

Main responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling the clients products and services by phone as well as carrying out face to face customer product demonstrations.
  • Ability to close deals by phone and build prospects
  • Capability to build and create customer confidence and trust
  • Making cold calls to customers both business and residential and able to demonstrate a proven track record of closing sales.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven sales experience and measurable success.
  • Ability to close deals by phone and build prospects and leads
  • Used to working in a call centre environment
  • Proven ability to work to and exceed set targets and KPIs
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • A knowledge or an interest in telecommunication and IT products and services
  • Sales experience in the small and medium business market place
  • Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
  • Good IT skills and a willingness to work flexible hours are essential too.
  • A minimum of one year's experience of sales and closing deal

Additional Information

Telecoms or Mobile Communications experience is beneficial as well as selling solutions within the IT Business Continuity space
