The Role

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls for customer enquiries in relation to miss sold investments. There is no hard selling. Your job is to simply ask the client a few short quick questions to see if they meet the criteria for a claim matching their needs and providing solutions, with the ultimate aim of providing the best customer experience.

You will have the support of your Team Leader and Department Manager to maintain and develop your skills and you will be a part of a hungry and energetic Sales team with a work hard, play hard mentality.

Responsibilities:

  • To deal with sales enquiries from new and existing customers, up-sell and cross sell
  • Achievement of acquisition sales targets and KPIs
  • Capturing CRM enhancing information, e.g. email addresses, contract end dates for competitor products etc., and accurately updating and maintaining internal records and systems
  • Supporting the business by ensuring excellent customer service is provided on every call

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Strong sales focus with the ability to act as a true advisor to your customer
  • Inbound and/or Outbound Telesales experience
  • Financial Claims Services experience will be a bonus
  • Ability to create excellent rapport with your customers
  • Strong verbal, written and listening communication skills
  • Ability to work towards/over achieve against sales targets and key performance indicators (KPI’s)
  • Ability to use and navigate through computer systems and databases proficiently
