My client is seeking an Events Coordinator/Business Support Assistant, who would be in charge of every aspect of Event Coordination, including overseeing support staff, performing essential administrative duties, liaising with Internal departments as well as external partners.

My client offers a mixed programme of nearly 400 performances, featuring touring musicals, world-class ballet and opera, drama and comedy, international dance and the world's biggest Pantomime. They present all of Welsh National Opera's repertoire and were founding co-producers of the award-winning International Dance Festival.

Description

As a Business Development Coordinator you will play an important role in generating income by taking responsibility for administrating and coordinating event bookings for clients. This will involve managing client communications and liaising with internal departments and external partners to ensure events are delivered without hitch.

Vital will be the ability to offer high levels of customer service and a client experience that will ensure repeat business. You will be the ability to offer high levels of customer service and a client experience that will ensure repeat business. You will also oversee events finances and invoicing. Important too have the ability to carry out market research and competitive analysis to ensure we continue to provide a compelling offering to customers.
