This is a new role that will be instrumental in developing integrated customer acquisition campaigns, both online and offline for a couple of Collinson Groups core products - Priority Pass and Columbus Direct. You will work alongside and support the Marketing Manager, Integrated Campaigns in the design of the global multi-channel campaign strategy with particular focus on email.

You will support the Marketing Manager, Integrated Campaigns in the execution and analysis of international campaigns covering email, affinity, online distribution channels such as Groupon and offline channels including print media and outdoor.

This is an ideal role for an experienced B2C marketing professional with experience of email marketing who is looking to develop wider marketing experience covering on and offline activity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of targeted email campaigns for lounge and insurance including management of data selections, importing and managing list ensuring all regulatory requirements are adhered to

  • Plan and execute multiple offline print campaigns across lounge and insurance activity based on past performance.

  • Provide campaign performance reporting and recommendations for ongoing activity.

  • Help implement the annual plan for testing and learning across email and print channels.

  • Work with agencies and internal resources to implement multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Copywriting content for email campaigns working with agencies and in house creative team as appropriate.

Knowledge, skills & experience required:

  • B2C marketing experience

  • Demonstrable experience creating, deploying & optimising targeted email campaigns. This must include reporting on all the key metrics.

  • Understanding of analytical tools to know how the traffic & conversions are performing.

  • Hands on experience and understanding of optimisation and of setting up and conducting "test" activity.

  • Experience of working with agencies an advantage

  • Experience and thorough understanding of how the technology works

  • A professional marketing qualification, such as IDM or CIM, would be beneficial.

  • Ability to keep abreast of market developments and apply findings to meet business needs.

  • Knowledge of financial/insurance and travel sectors advantageous.

  • Excellent computer skills including a good knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel,

  • PowerPoint and the ability to grasp new software packages
