My client is looking for a someone that is immediately available to join their accounts team. This is a great opportunity with training and flexibility.

The purpose of this role is to contribute to the day to day processes within the Accounts Receivable Team, ensuring all invoices/credits/refund/cash matching are correctly processed in line with company protocol.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all invoices/credits/receipts are processed efficiently and copies sent to relevant people.
• All queries and enquiries are quickly and effectively resolved within agreed times.
• Receipts are allocated correctly with in a set period of time.
• Refunds are carried out in accordance with the company procedures.
• Complete month end and create the KPI’s reports.
• Sorting daily post
• Help to build and maintain effective internal and external business relationships, to ensure a consistently high standard of team performance is achieved. Help to manage the team’s relationships with internal and external customers.
• To support and help integrate new operations in line with future business requirements, ensuring the transition process is effectively implemented.

Key Capabilities:

• A highly numerate and accurate individual is essential.
• Be able to effectively work with a team using their own initiative and engage well with other members of the team.
• Must be appropriately IT proficient, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Oracle experience preferred but not essential
• Previous experience within a similar role
• Demonstrate a confidence and ability to communicate effectively with external customers and colleagues at all levels within the organisation.
• To be flexible and adaptable to change.
