Partner Marketing Coordinator - High-end Luxury Beauty
We are working with a very exciting British luxury brand, this Is a growing business with a unique positioning. Considered at the height of luxury and recognised for their aspirational and bespoke products across homewares and interior design, the brand have recently launched a new fragrance line. We are looking for a strong foundation of 360 marketing expertise, combined with experience of managing luxury retail partnerships in order to maximise the brands exposure and take their current success even further.
The Partner Marketing Co-ordinator is responsible for the implementation of all Marketing activity across product and experience as it applies to the perfume business, delivering innovative programmes, initiatives and supporting assets that enable their retail partners to maximise sales, customer engagement and acquisition.
The individual will support the development of, and implement all retail partner marketing activation plans to support and grow retail partner and distributorships in the UK, USA and ROW markets. Ensuring effective departmental and cross-functional planning and communication are in place that enable effective retail partner activity, maximising sales, delivering initiatives on time, to requirements and reflecting the brands extremely high standards.
Together with the Partner Marketing Manager, develop and implement the overall partner marketing strategy to support the mid-term brand and commercial goals of the business. The Partner Marketing Co-ordinator particular focus encompasses:
o Execution of appropriate brand continuity across all brand assets and retail materials as it applies to all retail and distribution partners.
o Execution of new or refurbished counter shop fits plans; implementation of pop up promotional sites and promotional activity
o Continual development and improvement of the visual merchandising guidelines across retail locations in all markets (UK, USA & ROW)
o Development and effective implementation of the retail partner annual marketing calendars covering all retailer initiatives, new product and exclusive launch activity.
o Supporting and monitoring the retail pricing strategy and its harmonisation across all markets.
o Supporting the service & sales education programme roll out and implementation across all retail and distributor partners
o Event management, organisation and implementation with retail partners whether in stores or out of store in partnership with retailers
o Supporting key local door level partner marketing initiatives
o Supporting key HNW activity with key influencers and ambassadors of the brand, implementing key partner events
* Execute the annual retail partner marketing plans for all markets with particular focus on ROW
o Development of outreach plans in partnership with partners to grow brand awareness engagement and customer acquisition
o Supporting partner communication plans to improve the brand experience at partner counters
o Supporting counter openings, relocations and refurbishments
o Coordinating national and local in-store events and activity
o Working within the marketing budget continually analysing and striving to achieve maximum ROI
* Partner with the Sales teams building strong partnerships with key partners and enabling sales leads to meet their commercial objectives by providing themm with appropriate and timely information and tools to maximise opportunities provided by strategic and tactical marketing initiatives
