My client are a FTSE 250 business providing facilities, property and asset management for some of the biggest public and private sector businesses. They have revenues in excess of £1.8bn and a reputation for being the best in their business.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and manage a total facilities management service to a well known, prestigious, multi-million pound total FM contract.

Main duties

* Responsibility and management of a professional and effective team of managers in the region
* To ensure that the contract operates efficiently, effectively and profitability
* To achieve and maintain full contractual compliance
* Responsibility for identifying and managing risks in the region and escalating as appropriate
* Support the Account Director in the management and delivery of contractual obligations, ensuring that client expectations are met, and any other activities associated with the contract and portfolio where required
* Conduct, manage and/or review all audits associated with the contract to achieve, sustain and enhance standards
* Responsible for London (inner M25 region)

The successful candidate will:

* Have the relevant experience in a senior role in the facilities management field
* Ideally a hard services bias
* Experience of managing a P&L of £3million (minimum)
* Experience of delivering contractual compliance over a geographical area
* Proven experience of establishing stakeholder relationships and achieving sustained operational successes
* Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills
* The ability to work on own initiative and to drive improvement and change as necessary
